They call frequently, as it shows up as  not provided on caller ID, we don't answer.  And, even non-profits should REMEMBER THE SABBATH, AND KEEP IT HOLY and stop calling us on the weekend.

just got a phone call from this number, phone rang twice and decided to answer it just to see who it was, caller had already hung up

Calls and rings three times and hands up. This past week I have had numerous calls from different numbers that do the same thing.
