U SCUMBAGS contacted the wrong person this time, you tell me to tell someone they have to contact you, that papers are being sent to our county...ha,ha,ha, ....backfired on you scumbags, send it..I dare you!!! I just post a report i want to include that this company is call other peolpe i didn't even know then back in 2011 & how they even got the peolpes number, this company is being very rude an would not given me the time to speak an what needed to be said.

I have been contacted by a (john Harvey &  a supervisor named mr. Reynolds) has they say they are by this company (Delware Management). They are requesting money from me for a past dedt. They are also saying that im beinging sums to court an that they want to get me for fraud.,, I have read all the scam reports about this company. These 2 people says that it would be to late to send to documentation for me to know it would be legit an they won't send., I have been scam serval other times with my identity with my SS#im going to call the police to report iy too., please any replies thank you

They are THE most UNETHICAL people I have EVER dealt with. They have been harassing a friend who was a reference. They have been saying he is a "co-debtor" and will be sued for fraud! I interceded and asked for documentation and was told that they will NOT be sending anything. Guess what.... Neither will I. You have the right to demand that they not call and that they put everything in writing. Exercise YOUR right and don't let them get away with their strong arm UNETHICAL treatment of people. Trash, absolute trash company!! Shame on you!!!

This is a scam. Call the local police and file a report. Then contact the Federal Trade Commission at 877.382.4357.

Report it to the Police. These pieces of trash are just trying to scare you. Next time they phone, tell them that the call is being recorded, and the matter is in the hands of the Police. They are thieves. Treat them with the contempt they deserve.

Does anyone know who or what this company is? They have been harrassing me at work and will not stop.
They would not give me the company name. All I have is Jason Lane at ext.113, Jason is very rude and says that I am going to be arrested for check fraud from over a year ago. The bank he referrenced this fraud occurred from is a bank that I don't even have an account with. I'm confused!!! Jason ended up hanging up on me because I told him to stop calling my office. What should I do next? This same so called company or individual has contacted several people within more organization trying to get them to give him information about me. They have called our payroll dept., my direct boss, my General Manager and several co-workers. How do i stop this harrassment?
