Let machine pick up.  Said it was my auto dealer to follow up on prior service (oil change), should be time for another.

I just got a call on my personal cell phone from 866-887-0841 and I answered. I could hear someone there but he/she never spoke. After I said hello about 3 times they hung up. The call lasted 15 seconds. Maybe they're calling to confirm active/working numbers?

Saying they were with the Ford Dealer where I bought my truck. They wanted me to know it was time to service it again. HEY I didn't buy it from you nor have it serviced at your dealership so you could call me. I will make sure to remember this the next time I buy a truck if it keeps happening. They said Gray Daniels Ford but it was a telemarketer.

I got a call from this number and they were just letting me know it was time to have my car serviced if I hadn't already.

They actually just left me a voice mail.  They were calling on behalf of my local Ford dealership reminding me that my car was due for service.

866-887-0841 - Didn't leave a message.  When I called back, a recording said they were calling about my "automotive needs"

THIS NUMBER CALLED ME, I CALLED BACK, IT SAID TO BE REMOVED FROM THEIR LISTING TO ENTER THE TELEPHONE NUMBER, I TRIED THAT SEVERAL TIMES AND THE RECORDING KEEPS ON GOING.

This number keeps calling, even though I'm on the Do Not Call list and have reported it.

Keep getting calls from 866-887-0841 on my cell.  I am listed on the Do Not Call list in Georgia.  I do not have a Verizon acct., Alltell, Sprint, etc.  These people need to stop calling me!

I have set up my phones on the "Do Not Call Registry" For at least six years.  And for most of those years I have been reporting calls from this firm, which alternately calls for credit card debt remediation and car extended warranties.  Reporting them to the DNCR a dozen or more times has had zero effect.

After reading a couple of the suggestions above, I tried to set up "Selective Call Forwarding" on my home phone to actually forward the incoming call from 866-887-0841 ... to 866-887-0841.  

My carrier's Service Rep tells me that for some reason their system won't accept that number for the function; he couldn't explain why.  But he had a flash of inspiration.  Working on my account setup, he forwarded the calls to the 800 number for the Federal Do Not Call Registry. I hope it works.

Who says corporate geeks don't have a sense of humor?

Received call today at work. Not sure why I am getting calls all of a suddent from these random 800 numbers...

I hung up on them.
Called me on my business cell.
