this number is harassing my boyfriend and my best friend, ever day at least 10-20 calls in a row. They say my boyfriend has a loan out with them, but he does not. Today the man identified himself as Norman Cooper. He says my friend, who was only listed as a reference is responsible for my boyfriend's debt to them. They leave nasty messages practically screaming into the phone. This is ridiculous, any suggestions on making it stop?

this number has been calling me every single day for the past week.leaving me messages that his name is officer johnathan gardner from the legal department.has a very strong indian accent. he called my work the call center told him i was unavailable for this type of calls he cursed at the to about 5 different people.now he wants to speak to my h.r. department so they can withhold my wages.is this possible for them to do.he also said that it was not his fault if i got fired.

I just received a call on my work phone and my personal phone from this number. A young man who said His name was Brian was calling from the Legal Department and that there was a case against me. He then transferred me a Hazel Fox. She stated she was with the Legal Department and that there was a complaint against me filed by US Cash Advance for $410 for a loan of which the original amount borrowed was $350,that I did not pay back. I told her she was mistaken that I had paid that loan back twice. Once to US Cash Advance and again to the same company earlier this year. She stated that I had not paid the loan back. I chuckled and told her once I got off the phone that I was contacting the FBI and the Federal Trade Commission and file a complaint against her. She stated that she works closely with them everyday, and she didn't give a damn what I did. I am just so over these people calling me every other day claiming I owe them money when I know I don't. I AM SICK AND TIRED OF RECEIVING THESE CALLS ALL THE TIME.

I get these calls too. It's a scam. I talked to the state attorney here unfortunately there's nothing u can do because these guys are over seas. Payday loan companies have sold your info. that's how they got it. They can't do anything to you legally. Don't verify any info and don't talk to them. USA cash will tell u its a scam. They call themselves united nations legal department. They try to say u owe money on a bad payday loan don't pay them. you can even tell where to go, I did. but they call. good luck!!

This guy has been calling me for months telling me I have an outstanding balance on a payday loan.  i did research and couldn't ever find the payday loan he was talking about.  he's threatened to come to my job to arrest me and to take me to court.  I told him to sue me because if I rightfully owe the money I will pay it, although every time I ask him to send me something in writing he recites my email address and says they've sent information and so they have done their part.  He now wants to speak to my boss at work to tell him the allegations against me. I told him it was illegial to discuss my debt with anyone other than me so he asked for my lawyers name so he could file charges.  I told him I would have my lawyer call him tomorrow and he asked what time and said it better be noon CST.  I responded that I can't make my lawyer call him at a certain time (I don't even have a lawyer!...yet).  He said he will be speaking with my manager and hung up.  I'm sick of this guy, every time he calls me he gives me a different call back number and name but it is the same guy!

This number keeps calling my phone and leaving messages w/ a heavy accent that I cannot identify. Does anyone know anything about this?

This number has been calling my work place and leaving the name Bruce...with a heavy indian accent...obviously not "Bruce".  Any advice on how to stop these calls from happening?

I got the same kind of call but his name was Ray Fleck one time and Raymond Scott the other time. What ever came out of this?

rep. name: Norman Cooper (had Indian accent so I doubt his name is Norman Cooper)
Said he was calling from legal dept. but could give no resources to back claim.
