they billed me $11.99 every month without any reason......

i don't know why i keep getting a charge of $11.99, i don't recongnize this company or number.  I don't know that i have recieved a phone call but this charge has shown up on my credit card.

They charged me two times  $11.99, every time. What kind of trick is that ? Do they need money for a bailout ? Well, I'm not the government, I can't afford to give them money every month. WTF ?
