It's BMW Canada and their marketing department. You must have entered your info for their BMW drive event. They are using those contact info and your selection of cars to match you with a sales person.
Really eager to sell cars.

Calls every other day but no one is on the other line. It hangs up on me after about 5 seconds.

I have been getting harassed by this number, I answer and it's just silence. I called BMW canada back and told them to put me on their Do not call list but they called me again today and, once again, it was silent on the other end. 3 calls with silence on the other end qualify as harassment so I'm notifying my phone company, I've called BMW again and told them I'll be looking at pressing charges.
I wouldn't be nearly as mad if someone just ANSWERED when I pick up the phone.
