these people have been calling me since October last year.  they dont stop.  they have called family members and a friend.  they all know about their scam so they ignore.  idiots.  dont speak to them.  i am sure they will keep calling hoping you will answer and pay them.

Calling my family over a fake debt I tracked down the controllers home number. Every time they call I call Jennifer at home 716-688-6168 everyone do the same may help.

This number calls my mom's cell phone asking for me!  Very sketchy , saying they are attempting to collect a debt, which is odd because I have been debt free for a year...

I am getting constant hang ups from this number and calls on my cell phone.  I am now going to block them after reading these other messages.

these jerks have been harassing me for the last 2 years.  I have repeatedly asked to have a debt validation letter sent by mail, they usually get irate at this point and begin using profanity.  They have called my parents, my ex husband and his parents telling them all that I was going to be arrested for bank fraud.  This is a SCAM!  Beware, don't confirm anything, even if they read off all your info including SS#, dob, home address, etc.  If you ever inquired about a payday loan, or took one and paid it off, this is how they got your info.  They are PHANTOM DEBT COLLECTORS!  Don't believe anything they tell you.  A real collection agency must send a debt validation letter including their name, street address, and a statement of your rights.  If they refuse - hang up!  Some states, like Florida where I live, also require them to be licensed in the state to collect there.  If they don't provide this info - hang up!  Once again I will be changing my cell#, this is the only way to stop the calls, at least until they get the new number

These people keep calling my son's cell phone. (He is a minor.)  He never answers, but they keep leaving voice mails:

Account number 1796797. You have an important legal matter in our office and we need a statement from you today. You can press zero to be connected to an agent immediately or you can call our office at 866-901-3328. This is an attempt to collect a debt. Any information obtained will be used for that purpose...."

Also, when it's not a robocall message, a nice-sounding lady identifying herself as "Tonya Sams" asks for a call back to different numbers: 866-907-7393 and 866-907-7295.  She is also looking for Julie Ehle or Julie A. Ehle. We don't know anyone with that name.They haven't identified their company. We're not talking to them since so many are reporting it's not helpful anyway or they get belligerent.  Reporting them everywhere, including FTC, BBB, and State Attorney General.

Got three calls from them on my cellphone today.  Usually don't call back but tonight I did and got that this is a law office but it just kept playing music.  Just another scam for retired people like us at age 67 don't need that.

I get calls from 866-901-3328 every single day at work.  I do not answer it ...they leave a msg and it is a recorded msg stating that they will continue their legal actions and then I just stop listening.  It is ridiculous.   The are calling the main line at work and if someone else picks up the phone...who knows what they will say.  I am having financial hardships but it is not OK to call my work for a debt.

yes these folks called my daughter in law they got ahold of her number  its a recording and legal action an important message.  Ive not answered I hang up I advised my family to do the same I nave informed my employer  I was scammed back a few years ago. and if its not on paper its not a mailed bill or on my credit report I AM NOT GIVING A NAME ASSUMING LIABILITY OR ANY COOPERATION, I looked up the laws regarding a debt in NM etc.  these are scammers and if IF it is a real bill then they need to send proper documentation in order to get paid or disputed according to the law.

Been getting weekly calls from these people. Luckily my phone allows me to auto reject numbers. They left an automated message and I called them back and gave them my number. They immediately say they cannot find any record of that and that they need more information. I tell them if they cannot find my phone listed they need to remove it from their automated system. They then start getting belligerent and insist they need more info before they remove my number. I simply asked what it is they do and the CS rep began sidestepping the question. Their customer service people get flustered too easily to be real customer service people or a real company for that matter. This is more than likely a scam as I know for sure I have no outstanding debt issues or blips on my credit report. I am seriously considering legal action.

Just called the number and a recording comes on saying this is ACS your call will be recorded if it's concerning debts being collected, then it goes to 3 seconds of music and then hangs up.  Definitely a scam.

This number keeps calling me saying they are going to persue legal actions against me.  The name they are asking for is Charlene Grant, which is not my name.  They have been calling me for over a year.  I keep telling them they  have the wrong number and they say they will put it on the do not call list, but they call back.  It has gotten ridiculous.

They have called 6 times in last two days but still have not left a message.  Tired of the scammers.

I am sick of these darn calls.  I get a different no. calling me almost every week threating me.  They have got to be stopped.

PERSON CALLED AND ASK MY WIFE IF MICHAEL (MY LAST NAME) WAS THERE.  WHEN SHE SAID NO THEY ASKED HER IF SHE WAS JULIE (MY LAST NAME).  SO THERE IS NO MICHEAL AT OUR HOUSE BUT THERE IS A JULIE.  THEY ARE STATING THAT THERE IS LEGAL LITIGATION ACTIONS AGAINST MICHAEL.  TO PLEASE CALL THEM BACK AT THIS NUMBER 866-901-3328.  THERE IS SOME TYPE OF SCAM GOING ON BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This phone number called my home last night looking for a relative of mine who does not live with me;same recorded message as Amber received.  How do I get these to stop when they do not even relate to me?

Received three calls from this phone number on Friday-11/08/13; two times no VM was left, on the third time, a recorded message was left that a statement was needed from me or they would proceed with pending legal action.  No company name or contact person was left, just to call this phone number back.

Received two phone calls so far today on my cell# from this phone number, no VM was ever left?
