They have to be scammers as we live deep in the south and have never done business w/them.  There is no reason for them to be calling.

They are calling every day several times.  Leave a computerbot message with NO info.

We keep getting calls from this number everday, twice a day. I have been lucky to miss them everytime, but I'm getting really sick of them calling. They just called this morning so I answered but just hung up a split second after answering. How do I report this caller?? To the phone company, or what?

I have solved the mystery. This phone number is for Fairview Health Services Acct. Management Dept. Minneapolis, MN. I finally got hold of a real person after they left repeated messages on my cell phone. Turns out, they had entered the WRONG phone number for a patient's account. Alternative phone numbers for them are: 888 702-4073, and 612 672-6724. Mayber a few phone calls back to them, will help them ensure accuracy when hounding people.

i get this call daily. i pick up and hang up on them. hopefully they will get the hint soon.

I have been called from this number 3 days in a row. Everytime I answered the phone, these people have hung up on me. I am fed up with this happening. If these people wish to call, at least have the courtesy to answer, when I say hello. This is very rude of them, not to respond. Please help me, and stop these calls. Thank you

I've received one of these phone calls every Sunday for the past 3 weeks. I have never been there to answer, thankfully, and I have never called them back...

I just received a message from them -- sounds like a computer speaking, says it is a business matter, but gives no substance -- on these matters, my inclination is not to return the call. If it is that darn important, something about the reason for the call should be communicated. Otherwise, I fear a fishing expediction for ill purposes.

i am putting in a complaint with fairview health services. i have recieved phone calls, automated messages from an accounts managment department asking about an urgent business matter. Well, the urgent business matter was in regards to a overdue bill! we recieved a bill last month with no patient name, date of service, description of service, whether insurance had been billed or not so i called after we got a second notice stating that someone would call us if we didn't call. i called and after waiting for a ridiculously long time i finally left a message. that's when the automated messages started. i didn't put two and two together until i read this page (thank you). of course people aren't going to respond to automated phone messages that doesn't state where the urgent business issue is coming from. we rarely use fairview health services so the only thing my husband and i can come up with was his visit in January (but again no info. on the bill)and that has been paid! The harrasment needs to stop!Better communication on Fairviews end would be the key. if you're getting these calls to please call and complain (and clear up your bill if needed) so that this won't happen to more people.

I've been getting these calls for several weeks now, again they don't leave any information, just the general message or a hang up.  I have medical bills but they are in Tennessee.  I have never been anywhere near this medical group in Minneapolis Minnesota.  I wish they would stop calling! Number calling me from 888 702-4073.

These half-witted ignoramuses refuse to remove me from their list.  Yes, I owe 'em.  I KNOW it.  I've also told them that there is no money at this time, and that I do not expect our condition to improve until we both get back to work.  Do they listen?  NO.  

I'm putting a lawyer on this!

this is obviously a company that does medical collections for several large medical facilities in the united states. its best you just talk to them before they turn you over to collections.

I am left a recorded voice mail almost daily on my cell phone saying it is not a telemarketing call or sales call to contact Acct Mgmt dept.   After reading messages on this site, I see that this could be a healthcare clinic in Minnesota.  I live in TN and never visited the state of MN.  I hope putting a statement out here will put an end to these recorded voices messages.  You can't even understand what they are saying because they have no idea who they actually are tyring to contact.  I can't have an oustanding bill when I have never been a patient nor anyone in my family.  Someone please put a stop to these calls.
