269-762-8518 Has been calling my office phone number since we opened, and turned on our phone system. They call 2-5 times a day, all hours, and never leave a message. When I pick up the phone, I get a delay, which is a clear sign it is a computer generated call. If you do not leave a message, you do not exist! Your also not a legitimate customer of mine so stop calling.

Yes, they are using this number and it is registered to a Terri Jackson, with an address of 455 E. Stockbridge in  Kalamazoo. Not sure if this is the person doing it, but I'm sick of it. Calls all hours of the day, even after the legal telemarketing hours are over, and even sometimes before hours. I've never answered and never will, so they are wasting their time.

Anyone know who this number belongs to? I found in a web search that this is registered to a Terri Jackson in Kalamazoo, of which I know no one with that name OR phone number. Whoever it is, is very persistent, as I do NOT answer calls from numbers I don't know and they never leave a voice mail. You want to talk to me, leave a message and let me know who you are! Otherwise, good luck getting ahold of me! I will NEVER answer your call! **UPDATE** as of reading some of these posts, this person my not even know their number is being used for these purposes.

Just received a call from this number.  I didn't answer and no message left.  I had a call from this same number six months ago and they did leave voice mail.  They were wanting to insulate my house so it would be more energy efficient.

This company is now using local numbers instead of the 800 numbers.  Same story though.  Multiple calls at all hours of the day...no messages.  And nasty people on the other line with a callback.  269-762-8518 is the local number they have hooked onto in Michigan.  I call them a debt collector.  But actually nothing but a bunch of scam artists.

They keep calling asking for someone I have never heard of believe me if I knew them I would give you their number just to get rid of you... I am tired of telling you I don't know them so now the next voice you hear will be from my lawyer

recived a call at 10 o clock for aperson that does not live at my home or in this state when i told them it was after  9 oclock he said that he had no control over that so i blocked the number and mad a complaint ftc

I called them back. A recording ask for the last 4 digits of my social to varify my account. At that point I hung up. I have had this phone # for 11 years. I get a call every night. I answered once and no one was there. This call seems to be a part of life. I have even had calls from this number on my cell phone.

I have received 20 calls from this number starting November 16th. Haven't returned the calls.
I also have kept the dates the calls were received. I have a prepaid cell. Anybody know on how to block this number from prepaid phones?If so, please post it.  Thanks

this phone number is a con artist and scammer...it is a mexican woman calling and asking for me saying she is from charter communications(which is a local internet and cable company where i live). She called the first time a few weeks ago and said i had a balance of $403.17 and would i like to pay with my credit card. I said you have the wrong person i have never had charter, and then she ignored what i said and asked for my social security number. so i said you have the wrong number again and she said the calls will continue and she hung up and called back several other times. Last week she called and i told her i already called the cops on her and she hung up and now she keeps calling and calling...SCAMMER...if she calls you then call your local police department and ask for a dispatch.

Keep getting this number on my cell phone. The was no Voice mails either..

These types of calls are the very reason I WILL NOT answer any call whose area code I don't recognize, and ESPECIALLY one with an "8XX" area code!

I don't know how this "company" got my phone number.  I've had this phone number for 12 years now, and I NEVER give it out.  This company has called me 12 times since November 18, the most recent being just a while ago, this being Sunday.  They have called me on different days, some of them during work hours.

I have not answered them, and I never will.  Whoever this is has no business with me, and if they do, they can damn well leave me a message.  Someone needs to leash and muzzle their dogs.  If they think they have business with someone at a number, then man up and leave a message.

I'm sure if this is a legitimate "debt collection" agency, they would be afforded the ability to look these cell phone numbers up and check the holder's name and address to see if it matched that of who they're trying to contact.  I realize that names and addresses change constantly, and that some will give false numbers or that of friends, but there are obviously instances where these numbers are not connected in any way.

They are surly when someone finally answers?  Well that is because those who answer are a bit surly after getting call after call from that same number.  Anyone would be.  That could be resolved by being a bit more responsive when reaching someone.  Calling the same number over and over and over is obviously not accomplishing a thing, except to tick everyone involved off even more.

Unless that's the desired result....if it is, it's sure working!

I am vert tired of getting these calls, they call at all hours of the day. They leave the message " this message is for Karon , if you are not Karon then hang up, there will be a 3 second wait, if this is Karon continue to lsiten, you need to call this number back and give them a reference number.

I just arrived back in the States after a year abroad; completely new number and everything, and almost no one has my number except somehow these clowns who keep calling at absurdly early hours of the morning.

My CHILD (14 years old) has been getting calls from this phone number for SEVERAL days. There is NEVER a voicemail left!! So, I called it..... The company is "Credit Management" and the woman that I was connected to wass so RUDE and SHE YELLED AT ME!!!!!!!!!! I couldn't get a word in to explain that this must be an oversight. Needless to say, I hung up on her and IMMEDIATELY blocked the number from his phone. NOT a place you want to call!!!

Said she was from credit management wanting to speak to my husband, could I verify my address. I said what are you calling about? She said she would call him back later and hung up. Well call back, because I will answer the phone :)-  biotch
