A man calling himself Clay Morgan has called our place of business (a hospital) numerous times a day (day and night), now for a week, looking for one employee.  He speaks in a heavy foreign accent, he uses vile language and is harassing everyone in our work place.  Our CEO has told him what he is doing is illegal and he will be pursued, he laughed at her.  His calls are essentially untraceable, but we have received one number of 717-207-9099, also we have seen a caller ID of "Builder's Square" at 210-301-0307, San Antonio, Texas.  Can he not be stopped?

We continue to get calls from this number. This is a middle school and we can't hang up on the calls. This needs to stop

This phone # called the Company where I worked for 13 years, now I'm retired , but the past week my ex-supervisor called me , because somebody called asking for me about money I owed to his company, I don't know what he was talking about. Then my ex-supervisor gave me the phone # 814-619-7043 to call he back . I did't call . He use the same methods for everybody.

I just received a call from a man (from India) named Sam Watson.  Requesting that I call him back regarding a very important legal matter.  Gave 814-619-7043 as the call back number, but the call came in as Unknown!

I literally got the same phone call from a "James William" with strong indian accent. Said there was a warrent for my arrest. Told him a would be waiting, hung up and then had to silent the next seven calls.

I received a call from this heavy accent speaking individual with an American name.
He said his name was Harry Willimas, however he had a thick Middle Eastern accent. Really thought it was joke.. He left a voice mail and it sounded like he had marbles in his mouth. I think he said I owed money but when I called back,  I was told it was a cash loan I told them i have never taken a loan. He hung up

he keeps calling the middle school office for a person that is no longer employed here. He said his name is James William, strong indian accent. Very rude and harrasing a middle school office.

I've been receiving calls from "Justin Marshall" 610-844-9112 initially in December.  He said I owed $3700.00 on a payday loan (which I do not), but they would accept $660.00.   I requested information to be emailed, faxed, mailed but they refused. They told me they would process through the courts. I told them to "go ahead" at which time they repeatedly (insanely) called my office. My manager ended up speaking with them with me in the office.  I spoke with them and made a "payment arrangement" to get them off the phone.  They said I had to fax my "payment arrangement" to a "508" area code with a copy of my picture i.d. I told them I had no picture i.d. and they said "ok-no problem".  They said I had to call on the day the payment was due from a Western Union and they would advise me how to fill out the green form.  Every time a payment becomes due, I get a call from them and I tell them to send it through the courts and they always come back with another payment arrangement.

Today, I received a call from the same person, Justin Marshall at this ph#814-619-7043, threatening me that I had until "noon" to pay.  I called back to advise them I could not pay and to put it through the courts. This time, I was transferred to Amy Olsen (a fine Indian name, I dare say).  She then gave me until 6:00pm to pay the "late fee" of $105.00 and proceeded to advise me how the U.S. court system works...that I would have to pay $3000.00 (not the original $3700.00??) all at once and that the court papers would be sent to my house, my employer, and maybe "another public place"

They called me to with some stupid crap about fraudulent matter whatever it's a scam thw number is 814-619-7043. The keep saying cal in a timely matter. Please yeah and it's a indian speaking man. I noticed they will stop calling if you want answer.

i have also recieved many calls from 1-814-619-7043  saying they have 3 charges of fraud etc against me for a cash advance suposedly put in my acount in feb 2011 but when i asked what day and time the money was deposited they said they didnt know so i called my bank and surprise i did not get any cash advance these people with an indian accent said i would be taken to court i said what court they said nh county court and i said where is that and they hung up so i called back and asked many questions and they kept hanging up on me i now have called the police where i live and hopefully they can handle this!

The number calling you may be located in India.  Indian numbers look just like North American numbers (e.g., 1-234-555-6789) except that instead of the "1," they all start with "91," which is the country code for India.  Many caller ID devices try to localize the number they display by converting the format of the received caller ID to a North American number, which is what they usually receive.  Unfortunately, this makes it particularly difficult for authorities in this continent to enforce local laws against the people calling you.  It also makes it difficult for you to determine what location is actually associated with the number in question.

In this case, prepending "91" onto the number in question, according to a web site run by the phone company I use, gives the caller's location as "India Karnataka," which has country code and local prefix (equivalent to our area codes) of "9181."  This phone may well be a cell phone, in which case, the location may be incorrect.  (It is possible in the U.S. to get a cell phone with any area code you want simply by asking for it.  The same goes for U.S. and Canadian VOIP numbers, which cannot be ruled out in this case.)

Just for kicks, if they do call back, ask them if their phone is located in "Karnataka."  This might scare the caller enough that he may be hesitant to call you back.  Or perhaps if he admits it, you might pass this information to the FBI if they are not already aware of it.  There have been a few notable cases in which international scammers have been caught.

This person is a very foreign speaking individual and says his name is Steve Walker.  He left 2 voice mails in a row and then about 2 hours later he called repeatedly at least 20 times.  I ignored every one of them.  When I looked up this number on another site, it states the number was sold along with a large block of numbers to India.  He claims that I am part of an investigation and I will be arrested by the FBI.  I stopped listening and just deleted the message.  I had to turn my phone completely off because of this harrassment.  I think it's ridiculous that our country allows this form of conduct to be legal.   I sure hope no one actually NEEDS to get a hold of me.

They call nonstop and threaten me with my job. They claim to caling about fraudulent activity with a cash advance company but i cannot verify anything about the claim.  They also call from prepaid cell phones; 706-594-900, 706-594-7863, 706-594-3451, 706-594-2938, 706-619-5903, 814-619-1943. The man who cals claims to be Steve Walker.

Same thing - 3 counts against me and called about 4 or 5 times.  This happened to me last year (different name and number).  I had to file a police report for harassment.  My detective called them and they stopped, (last year).  They did have a lot of personal info about me...SCARY!

Called me back to back, when I finally answered they said I had a fraud case against me. I told them to stop calling but they called back 10 times after that.
