Someone keeps calling everyone in my family about a debt they say I owe.  I do not owe whoever this is any money.  They have called 3x at least this morning. About to turn over to police...

I received a message from this number from a Nevada Henderson. the message stated that a person, not me, had a court summons on her desk and if I did not contact this Nevada Henderson within 2 hours the police as well as her would be serving me with a warrant. we called the number and gave the reference number they called with and they wanted more information to "confirm" we were that person. We refused and the person that answered was rude and said we would just settle in court.
I googled their name and there was many complaints and people saying it was a scam...needless to say we are not responding and have now got our hearts back to normal beating!

I have recieved the same calls from a Kayla Brown, saying that if I don't respond within 2 hours then I will be served at my place of work.

   Keep getting calls from 866-922-5969 a Tiffany King saying I will be served with legal documents in two hours so they want money on a payday loan from on-line.  Have anyone else been getting the same phone calls from this number?
