This company is a a rip off. They sent me this cute pink card. I called them and bought a Warranty. Long story short a week later I get 3 other postcards. All a hell of a lot cheaper. When I called to cancel they said I could not cancel to buy another one somewere else. Now when I call there they transfer me to the same person that says I need a notorized letter ....and refunds take 6-8 weeks. Come on...I just bought it a week ago. Anyhow, the money I saved with the other company makes up for the 295.00 the got me for on the down payment. BEWARE OF THE PINK POSTCARD

Vehicle Services inc is being sued by the state of Missouri for their rather questionable practices.   Do a search for "Nixon" + "Vehicle Services Inc" and read away.   They called me too even though I am on the do not call list.

I get at least two calls per day from this company. They won't stop calling. I traced them to Vsi Inc, 1052 S. Cloverleaf Dr., Saint Peters, MO 63376-6445. Their local number is 636-447-0158. They share the building with (may be common ownership) Equal Mortgage (636-441-1604). The President of Euqal Mortgage is Steve Chapa (636-441-1395) and the Vice President of Equal Mortgage is Rod Nash (636-441-1395). There shold be a law against this type of "Aggressive Harrassment" and the use of automatic dialers with preprecorded messages. It wastes a lot of my time and costs me money. Every time they call after business hours it costs me $0.50 for my service to answer the line. I estimate this expense alone is costing me $50.00 per month.

Definitely throw the card away...I got it and am happy I read this before trying to call them back.  Its the same card everyone is talking about and I'm sure this is a scam as I still have many years and many, many miles before my brand new car's warranty expires.  Somehow they got my information and the only way I can think of how they got it is from the Jiffy Lube I just took my car to for an oil change.  Besides that no one would have the information on my car besides the Mazda Dealership (the only other place my brand new car has been yet).

I'm sure it is a scan, throw this away and don't deal with these people.  I did try calling twice before I checked the internet on this company and both times someone answered the phone and pretended not to hear me when I spoke.  I'm sure it was not my phone as I had 5 bars (perfect service), had just gotten off the phone with someone else and made a call immediately after as well...all from the same location.

THIS COMPANY HELPED ME TREMENDOUSLY THERES NO WAY I WOULD HAVE BEEN ABLE TO PAY $900 OUT OF POCKET

I have had calls from this number for over 2 months day and night and up to 5 times a day. I tried to ask for my number to be removed on several occassions since I don't own a car. Instead I get hung up on each time. It is very annoying.

Thanks to this site I now know what Vehicle Services Inc. is all about. Like many here I received a card in the mail marked "URGENT NOTICE - Recall Update Notice" with a telephone number indicated here of 866-925-1783. On the back he went on to inform me that my factory warranty had expired, well hell I already knew that, the motorcycle was already seven years old when I bought it.

Again thanks to this site :-)

Got several calls to my cell phone from caller ID "Not Available" and finally answered one to see who kept calling.  The man said he worked for "Warranty Help Desk” in Phoenix, AZ, but there was no phone number and he was just a call center who was referring my to the warranty company who would give me the best rates for an extended warranty.  He patched me through to 866-925-1783 ext 240 and the new man said the company name was Vehicle Services in St Peters, MO.  Both are frauds!

I have reported 3 callers to the Federal Government for calling me when I am on the do not call list.  The FEDERAL GOVERNMENT DOES NOTHING when I reported these three solid cases.  I have the phone number, the callers name, her supervisors name, the name of the company, the time of day and my conversation with the company when I call them back.  FED Loosers do NOTHING.

I got this card in the mail and thought it was something important so I called on it. The gentleman that answered the phone (Chris) was very informational when I ask about the notice and the company. I gave him the miles on my vehicle and he proceeded to tell me what kind of warranty he could get me qualified for. He went over everything in detail. The policy would cover me for 5/100,000 miles bumper to bumper for $3162.00. I thought i t was a little steep but he explained the value of a warranty and how much repairs are and made me realize it was a good idea. I have now used the warranty 3 times and it has saved me over $1800.00, I had a problem with the transmission and the computer that would have cost me about $4900.00. Come to find out it is worth spending the money.

Perhaps if everybody called Steve Chapa on his cell phone, 1-314-583-9274 and interrupted his (real Estate) business, like he has interrupted our business, he might Cease and Desist. Just a thought.

I recived a notice in the mail on fri. last week. I just bought this chev astro van for my business, and it has about 146k for mileage. Needless to say when i called their 1-866-925-1783# i had quite a few ? as to what they offered and if there were any type of hidden fees or restrictions for things such as the towing service or for the rental car. you need to ask the right ?'s!!! They told me that your dollar amount for repairs is only equal to the amount that the kelly blue-book listing is at the time of your sign up with their service. So in straight terms, if your car is only worth $4,000, you will only recive over the 7 years of coverage, up to $4,000 in repair costs! anything over that and you will pay the difference. I figured that they can afford to do this because they take your money over those months of payments and are making interest on it!?! If this is a scam you can be sure that i will be back to give you all the scoop!!! Be Safe! If you don't have the $199-$395 to lose then i am fearful for myself and for you. PAY WITH A CREDIT CARD LIKE I DID, NOT A BANK OR DEBIT CARD or check!!!! (No fraud protection with those)

Got a card from the "Vehicle Services" and I called them. They were offering me a 7-year premium warranty for free repairs if my high-mileage car has problem with engine, transmission, etc., free towing and a $2395 price tug... which they offered to break down into a payment plan, and wanted me to charge it.   I told them that I wanted something in writing and I wanted time to check them out.

Are these people and services real?

I got a card in the mail today from "Vehicle Services, 1052 S. Cloverleaf Dr., St. Peters, MO 63376."  It looked suspicious with a headline reading "Final Warranty Notice" for my car.  Considering I recently purchased this car, I presume they somehow have access to VRN numbers & the addresses of their owners in order to generate these postcards.  I wonder where one should report these sorts of scams?
