A recorded message asks to call back this number. Who are they?

Received many calls from this company claiming to be J. Scott services. I finally called the number and learned it is a collection agency for Chase credit card. When they asked for info about my account and I told them I didn't have it at the moment they hung up. Very Weird. Shows up on caller id as unknown caller phone number 847-488-3313.

Currently receiving calls and messages from 847 488 3313.  Claims to be J Scott services as a collection agent for chase credit card company.

Upon calling an account number was asked for, when I asked if I could give some other information to verify who I was they asked for my social security number.

Sounds foreign and fraudulent...don't give them any information!!
