been receiving many scam like calls since donated monies to ministries and seem more & more...was told by a tech, your number gets sold & since you donated call to scam for monies.
this call was recorded of a woman said 'calling please hold to be put through to the caller' ... don't wait on calls like this. report calls to the BBB ,  FTC and/or Attorney General

214-838-9953 is calling the former owner of my cell number. Appreciate having found the notes here sharing the purpose behind this number's call. <grunt>

this number keeps calling my office (214) 838-9953 and the caller ID says TEXAS.   I always google weird numbers before I answer them at my office.  Some of you have said they are debt collectors...or claim to be.  Well this business has ZERO debt and never has.  So they must be lying.  I get weird calls all day at my office and my cell phone and I NEVER answer and they never leave a message.  If it was important, they would.  Telemarketers are sooooo annoying.  IF any of them are reading this GET A LIFE!

My friend just got two calls from: 214-838-9953 & 213-217-9959.  Someone named, "April Kennedy" left a message, saying they were giving me three opportunities to contact them with a case number, and to call 866-936-0379.  American Document Servers intend to dispatch a process server to my residence or employment if they didn't hear from me as I would be classified as a failure to be served, and to contact the case manager immediately. In one sentence, "Dispatching to provide legal documents after 3rd. attempt."  

Then, in another sentence, giving a two hour window or I'm going to have a process server come to my home or employment.  Oops!  EMPLOYMENT?  Well, if I had employment, I probably wouldn't have a bottom feeder collection agency that probably bought an old debt, trying to get a hold of me by going through a friend's number.  It's probably one that I put on as a contact number.  I'm not contacting anybody as I know all my debts are over three years old and if I make contact, I understand it reopens the window for them to collect.  Gonna have to be a "no show" and wait for the process server.  

American Document Servers:  If you happen to be reading the comments about the folks who google or reverse look up your phone numbers... You'll spend more money trying to get something that you will never recover because I don't have anything for you, and never will!

It appears that Ms. Kennedy is reading from a script!

I googled the numbers and they are from Dallas Texas.  The 866-936-0379 seems to have a lot of complaints.

they have been harrassing me, calling work, my family, etc.

I have been getting the same harassment from this company, they left messages on my phone and called other people I know harrassing them, they leave nasty messages. In the state of California it is illegal to leave messages on someones phone or harrass you. I'm reporting them to the states consumers agaency, you do the same.

They called the owner of my company telling him that I owed them money and that I had a court date and if I didn't call them back they would sue him for not telling me to call them back.

They caught me off guard today and when I answered (at work) they told me that they had proof and could sue me for the next 10 years to get their money.
