I received the same call from the same person and also the same number. I has my lawyer to call back for me. The 678 number is the corp office number base in Alt,Ga and I did have a bad check against me. They were able to send over all the proof to my lawyer and sure enough it was something I had forgotten all about. I to thought this were a scam until my lawyer received all the dosc pending against me. So I can not speak for you or your sister S. Smith but for me I am glad they contacted me before anything went down. So good luck to everyone for me it was just an oversight.

Greg called said he got this case to investigate and was sending it to my county for legal action. He then lists my sister's name and said had to do with bad checks and then says my name. Well jerk good luck. We both work for the DA in our county!!! Forget about the bad check issue that's my sister's division she works for!!! Loser! Also loser called from 678-964-2140 and leaves an 866 #. Got to do better than that!
