It is Verizon Wireless Sales trying to get you to renew your contract.  I called it back and got some guy who sounded like he had marbles in his mouth.  Asked to speak to someone else because I couldn't understand a word he said. He got offended!  They call you and hang up hoping to get you to call back.  When you do they ask you what number are you calling about.  Why the heck would I want to give my number to them?
