It's a SCAM.  You receive a computer letter on a generic fake letterhead from so-called American "Airways" signed by "Penny Key Vice President" which is also made-up.  Says they've tried to "inform you that you have qualified for an award of 2 roundtrip airline tickets .... up to $1,400."  Call this number.  Envelop is handwritten with no return address however uses a real stamp!

Don't even call .... it's a scam!
