I ordered Tri Slim and after cancelling 2 or 3 times in the time frame they required I still get it, well yesterday mI got there phone  number which is not easy (to cancel) and I called them and demanded a credit and called the bank and disputed the charge, I got the credit. And if anyone needs there phone number it  is 800-499-1169. Hope that helps. If you bother them enough they finally credit yor account but the crap keeps on coming. I think after today I won;t receive anymore. I got tired of returning a product I cancelled 2 times in May . And by the way I did not loose one pound.

I just talked to Mike and his supervisor, Mr. Sherman, about 2 charges of $29.99 on my December M/C bill - one on the 11th and one on the 29th.  Mike told me they were doing a campaign with Tri-Slim, blah, blah, blah; however, Mr. Sherman said they don't send diet aids, that I accepted an offer for a "fitness training mentor," to be billed monthly, when I signed up for the free sample.  He said it was all legitimate and a binding contract.  I told him it was a scam and he started yelling at me that it was not.  So very professional.  I hung up after calling him "slick."  Mike had agreed only to give back one payment of $29.99 and gave me an auth. # for that, but no more.  My credit card company is taking both charges off. Haha!

I too fell for the ad of a "free" trial for only 4.95 S&H.  On the 15th day from ordering, I was billed 149.85 plus 15.95 shipping. I had a hard time locating their phone number but when I did, I blasted the customer service rep who had the nerve to try and get me to keep this crap they shipped. I was then told he could refund a portion of this charge but would retain 14.95 for a "restocking fee".  Like Hell I said.  Then I proceeded to give him a mouthfull of 4 letter words including demanding their location so I could fly there and kick his a**.  I was given an email to request the 14.95 restocking fee refund.  After two weeks I finally received a full refund.  BUT, it was not over.  I've been billed twice more by different companies including the Fit Factory.  It seems Trislim passes your info off to "companion" companies.  I just contacted the third company GMP or GMS something to refund a 19.95 charge that appeared automatically on my credit card this morning.  The nightmare continues.  I am going to my bank tomorrow the change my credit card number.  Also beware of checks your receive in the mail after this scam.  If you cash them, you'll fall into the same scam billing senario.

What a rip off, the product doesn't even work that well.  I cancelled a month from start, was told everything would be cancelled, but I never checked my account till now, and crap!  I've been charged 29.99 for each month from the start, and no pills.  I will be calling some one tomorrow and jump all over them!

I also got a charge from myfitness.com for 29.95.  I called them and they said they are reversing the charge...but days later it is still there.  I don't get it....never order the free sample of anything on the internet it just comes back to bite you in the a$$.  I am going to be calling on that again hopefully if they don't reverse it my bank will.

I too have been getting billed 29.99 on my credit card after ordering a free sample of trislim. I found a phone number for myfitness on here. I called and she gave me a phone number 801-571-0016 for billing, which is clickincome. I just called and a person answered and I told her to cancel this charge. She said it is now canceled. I will take this as a lesson learned,,,, NEVER EVER oreder a free sample again ,,,,

Wow! I can't believe how many people have encountered this problem. I've changed my Debit cards but until I did, I racked up over 150 dollars of dealing with these a**es! All because I wanted to try the free sample of trislim. Unbelievable!

Same here, and I think it is time to get an attorney involved.  Lets get a class action going and put them out of business for good,  jail would also be good.

Yah this company is ripping people off for sure, I never heard of them nor did I order any free samples, but they charged my card $29.95, I filed disputes with the bank, the BBB, the FTC, and the Utah Attorney General.

I have learned the hard way of not checking charges on my cc. I only now discovered I have been charged $29.99 since last Nov. Ea. month Fitness has a different tel. no. I finally reached them & they said I don't have an acct. with them. It stems back to Tri-slim.I cancelled my cc & have e-mailed the attorney generals office in UT. Hoping you all do the same. Beware of websites that offer free trials because in googling the different no.'s other companies are in cahoots with them also, car ins. rates, mortgage int. rates, earn income from your home plus numerous sites. I am afraid to order anything from the internet anymore other than the sites I trust.

I have been dealing with this My fitness business for MONTHS, first I had gone through the initial steps to cancel, was charged anyway in November, actually spoke with a live person and the "Refunded my 29.99 and canceled the order".  They actually did refund the 29.99 the next day, but NOW I have another 29.99 charge for December and have left 5 voice mails, with no response, and now when I call I get a busy signal!!  How can they legally do things like this and then drop off the face of the earth, I have certainly learned my lesson, I have tried to cancel to other products from on-line with the same results!! Even numbers that are no longer in service!!

Update! I closed my checking account and opened a new one with the same bank. Guess what! I got charged again on my new account. I talked to the bank they said they had a number to call. (1-801-571-0016) She talked to A lady and told her the money would be refunded within five days on the old and new account. Time for the waiting game. I'm sure this company is scared of fraud reports from banks. The teller said this would be the next step. Good luck to you all.

Same thing, I spoke to an Indian girl who said the account was cancelled and no further charges would be submitted on my debit card.  Ha Ha!!!  It appeared again 3 days ago, only difference... no product mailed to me, which doesn't work anyway.  Same message on the phone number

Same thing is happening to me. I ordered the free sample in Aug.When it arrived they said it would start taking money out every month until I cancelled. I did right away since I didn't want that. Me again i posted on 12/24/08, still no refund, not shocking. If i dont get one by Monday i am heading to my bamk disputing this charge and changing my account big hassel but i don't want these charges showing up for ever. I will report them to the BBB.

I have tried to email this company like they stated in their recorded message and believe it or not its an invalid email address..hmmm.. I have filed a complaint with the BBB in Utah, cancelled my credit card and turning them over to the fraud department.

I just tried to call this 866-972-2445 and after several minutes telling me I was the next in line, I got a recording telling me to email my name that was on my credit card and the last 4 numbers.. First of all I never heard of my fitness and never order anything to do with trislim or whatever it is they are claiming this is for I have had to cancel my credit card and now fight with them regarding refunding me a credit. What a scam !!!!!!!!!!!

Ugh, these a-holes charged my credit card TWICE yesterday. I had just paid off my remaining balance and was waiting for the payment to go through and then found that today.  They are definitely getting a call from me.

this is tri-slim and corti-slim. i ordered a sample online and after the process was finished a new screen popped up and said from now on we will be charging you 29.99 each month for you order. What ! I only ordered a sample ! I called them and demanded they not send me anything and not to charge my card. the girl ( thick indian accent ) tried to talk me into it but finally she agreed to delete my info. three months later i have an overdraft at my bank because out of the blue they charged my card 29.99. I'm furious !

Arrrrggghh! I had gotten my bank statement, and it was telling me that I was over drafted. WHAT!?!?!?! I haven't bought anything, so I called my bank and when online to see what the matter was low and behold I was told and showed that I was charged 29.99. Now mind you I didn't have enough so the bank started to charge me 8 dollars until i fixed it. So Im trying to get help on how and why, the guy who answered my call gave me the wrong number to get in contact with "my fitness" comp. So I'm flipping out thinking that they're gonna close my acct and I won't be able to open one ever again. Then my mama told me to go to BBB (Better Business Bureau)I did it and "kung-pow-yow" I got in touch with the money thieving perps. LOL So lets just say, I got it under control and they shall clear it up within 3 to 5 days. :) Or I WILL be calling THEM back! :) TTFN!
