Did he sound like he was calling from India?  With a name of david jones?

I called it back and it sounded like some man from India.  I asked him "is this the IRS? How do I know this is the IRS?"

He replied in an Indian accent "sir we r not here to prove ourself ok?"  Seemed like he got frustrated and hung up.

Got a call from this number, in regards to a Tax Audit. Called me again (three times) when I hung up the phone. Got similar calls from different numbers in the past three days.
