just got a call

I got a call from this number also...didn't ring right and didn't connect with me.  i called it back and a recording came on that said it had been 'disconnected or no longer in service'.  Strange, how could a # be disconnected less than 5 minutes after it calls me?  hmmm......

What is the reason for these calls?  My caller I.D. indicated it was an Arkansas number.   I called the number back which I probably should not have done and it did not ring, just complete silence.

Who can we file a complain to regarding this. I also got a call from this number and its to weird for me

Same comment as Susan.  Recording sais number has been disconnected.
