Myself as well.  One day I was so fed up I called cursed him as well, called hung up for at least two hours.  He was livid.

THIS PERSON HAS CALLED MY JOB STATING THAT I OWE A BALANCE OF $455.00 TO A CASH ADVANCE COMPANY FROM BACK IN JULY OF THIS YEAR. I HAVEN'T EVEN HAD A CASH ADVANCE IN 4 YEARS AND WHY WOULD I GO ALL THE WAY TO CALIFORNIA TO DO IT WHEN  I LIVE IN MISSISSSIPPI I'M GOING TO REPORT THEM..

I received a message from this number from a man that said his name was John Wilson.  He has a very strong foreign accent.  I could barely make out what he was saying.  But from what I could understant, he said that he was attempting to collect a debt and that if I didn't pay that he would be taking legal action and that I needed to call him back at this number.  Is this real or a scam?

I got a call from this number while I was away from the phone.  I listened to the message he left stating is name was John Smith with federal investigations (he also called my neighbor earlier in the day) looking for a person that doesn't live here.  I called back to tell them to take all the numbers they have for that person off their list and he answered the phone using the name James Brown.  This was the same person that left the message from the voice. I informed him that the person he is calling does not live here and to remove the numbers from the file. He got argumentative with me and when I told him I was going to report them to the FTC for harrassment he hung up on me.

I have been getting harassing phone calls at work and at home.  They want me to pay a payday loan that I never had.  How do I make them stop harassing me?

A Alex Wilson called and stated that unless i pay that day it would go to court the next day. I demanded legal printed documentation and he said it would still go to court the next day and that he couldn't send legal documentation through the regular snail mail like any legal document. Anytime that they refuse to give a legal hard copy explaining why a person is going to court and when, etc. I believe is a scam. Also He stated it was going to the court of California.

Call and left message saying that i am been investigated by the federal investigation team. that they have my name and ss# on file.

this guy is very aggressive.  telling me that he's going to take me to court for money I don't owe. so I called him back and told him if he ever calls again ill turn him over to the fbi.

This is a scam. They got your number from something you have filled out online. They will stop calling for about two weeks, then start back up again, They are aggressive , rude, and full of s***. How can you get them to stop?

They are calling me non-stop.  I am retired and they have my ss number.  Can they do damage?  My husband is with Homeland Security.  has anyone reported?

I GET CALLS JUST ABOUT EVERY OTHER DAY AT MY JOB FROM A FOREIGN PERSON THAT STATES SOMETHING ABOUT FRAUD. MY CO-WORKER HAVE GOT WHERE THEY TAKE MESSAGE FOR ME. WHEN HE CALL'S HE IS CALLING THE DA OFFICE,SO TODAY I CALL THE NUMBER BACK AND WHEN HE WAS TOLD IT WAS THE DA OFFICE HE HUNG UP,BUT I DIDN'T STOP I KEEP CALLING AND LEAVING MESSAGE JUST LIKE THEY DO. SO FOR I HAVEN'T GOT A CALL,BUT THE DAY ISN'T OVER PLUS THE WEEK ISN'T OVER..

idiot just called me then he called my job! who in the world harrass a person on the job that is a fraud. I have  no loans are nothing. This is rediculous! How in the world they get my number and they call and use different names! Rediculous !!!

This person Elex Wilson with strong foreign accent, calls my house and work on a monthly basis. Has been doing so for over 5 years. There is no way to stop them. They threaten, use different names, but always going to take you to court the next day. Never stops.
