Got 2 calls on my cell phone from this number this morning, called back and call appears to be answered although I did not hear any ring tones or answering voice.

Just called me. left no voicemail. A few other sites have reported this number saying they won a cruise or some other jack-buttmunch-a**-dumb-butt contest.
