these people call asking for the same person that does not work at this establishment and will not remove our number from their calling list

The calling is constant. It is unbearable.

Just got this call from a name with a accent.  Said that my loan had been approved for $10,000.  I have not requested a loan from anyone.  Wonder if anyone has has there identity stolen from this??

i recieved call frm this no. abt a loan......n they guys really gud...........n i got loan $5000 from them.........And I m enjoying myself....

I did apply for a bad credit loan online and been getting loads of calls from all over.  But this number is also associated with 347-565-8639 from Bronx, NY and 872-588-4893 from Chicago, IL as this 786-468-7498 is Miami, FL all from a foreign guy who gave each time a different loan company that I was approved online and need to finalized paperwork.  Forget it...I'm not falling for that.  Thank goodness for these number report sites, they do help people not take advantage of.

I have received calls from this number over the past week.  They all spoke with thick Indian accents saying that they were calling from a legal investigation department and that they had my social security number.  they said it was regarding an unpaid payday loan.  asked for specifics on first call and guy was like hold on while i get that info - what debt collector calls without having that information right in front of them????  he told me it was a cashnetusa debt of $250 which was a load of crap.  i received another call today telling me the same thing, they're from a legal investigation department, they have my social yada yada yada.  i asked who the creditor was again and he's like let me get my manager on the line.  gets the manager on who proceeds to tell me that i applied for a loan on a website called cash america which has over 500 lenders and that my debt was from one of those lenders.  no specifics.  the amount this time was $300.  i kept asking for specifics and after a few seconds of that they hung up.  this is a freaking scam and i'm going to the police department tomorrow to report them.  will also write to the attorney general.  thanks for all the advice above.  thought i was going crazy!!

Received multiple calls on my cell and at work. This ryan person had my bank info and was threatening me with a subpoena if I do not pay them $1000. I froze my bank account and put a fraud allert on my credit file. Scams

I just got a call from the same number with a guy with a very think middle eastern accent. I called back and told them that if they call me again I am filing a complaint with the district attorney. This is a scam. I have heard that people like this buy or get your cell phone number if you ever inquire about anything online and leave your phone number. Then they call with this BS about there being a complaint. We all know that in this judicial system if you have a complaint filed against you and its legit they serve you with papers and it goes through the legal system. They do not call you and tell you about it over the phone and then ask for monye to clear it up. I seriously hope no one falls for this, these people obviously are scammers, I have their number and tomorrow I am going by the police station. They take advantage of the elderly this way and of unsuspecting people. You have to call them on it and I will bet I never hear from them again.Its a scam

It's a scam!!!!! Do not give them any personal information. Know your rights Google Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. Take the time to read the Act. If someone calls you and refuses to provided you with written details about the debt it is a scam...Report them to your local police department. Record the calls file a complaint with the Attorney Generals office. Let your employer know you have been scammed, make them aware you have filed a police report.

I received a call from 872-588-4893. The man said his name was Adam West from Federal Crimes Investigation. He said I have a very serious complaint against my social security number and I must get an attorney. He calls alot on my cell phone and today he called my work twice.

I received a message from a gentlemen with a foreign accent stating that he has a complaint filed against my name and social security number.  I couldn't understand what he said, what the company name was or anything.  Said to call back some number I couldn't understand either.
