i received a call from this number on my cell i did'nt answer it but checked the caller id it said the call was made using the internet in chicago

Just picked a call from this # and someone was there. She told me she is with book a travel and I just won a cruise trip. "Do I want to go on a cruise trip in the next year and half?" I answered "no" and hanged up.
