I just got a facebook message from dave sayer saying that i won the million for life.. but i have to go get these green dots or a reloadable scratch card. Cost $200.00.. but will be return when i get my check... what a scam.. been there done that. Already got burned on this kind of B.S.

The guy who called me was John Palmer, and then a David Anderson.  I was dumb enough that I fell for what they were telling me, and I gave Palmer money - a lot of it.  Now he continues to call - I don't answer - his language is very bad.  I've been contacted by a U.S. Postal Inspection Service Inspector who deals in narcotics/money laundering.  He told me that I would never get my money back and not to give the guy anymore money and not to talk to him.  I've changed my telephone number several times, but somehow he gets it - so I just don't answer the phone.  I have him blocked on my cell phone.

I would like for some guy to hold him down so I could castrate him - and then send him home to Jamaica on a very slow boat, with no meds.

Received call from David Sayers, Badge No. 1732, saying he has delivered winner notifications and checks for 12 years for Publishers Clearing House.  Prize is $550,000 which I collect by going to CVS, Walgreens or Walmart and pay clerk $500 to obtain Money Pak Greenback Card to make  me eligible to collect.  I hung up on him once and he called me back.  Wanted my cell phone and email numbers, but I told him I was going to make an anti-scam check first.

we  had a man said he is david sayer from pch with 8.5 mil. $ for me. he gave me all these #876-551-3394  and 876-864-2685  for his lawer robert martin. and now they wont quit calling and asking for money pac cards

The scammer is back at it. Hehas changed his number to 876-479-9106 and upped the ante to 8.5 milli and a Mercedes.  He now asks that you go to CVS, Walmart or Walgreens adn buy a $499money pack guard to give them when they arrive with your prize. Phone number comes up from Jamaica, but they will be here in the morning!!

I just recieved a call from this guy claiming he is Dave Sayer telling me the same thing 5.5 million and a mercedes.  i didnt answer he just left a message for me to call back the number he left was 876-339-1964.  Hope this guy gets caught this is crazy!!!

As of 11/18/2011, "Dave Sayer" is still calling people and scamming them out of money - he is just using a different telephone number.

"Dave Sayer" also calling from 876-812-5574 - says he is with Publisher's Clearing House, won the lottery (5.5 million dollars and a new Mercedes) just need to send $500 to collect check and car.  Was asking the money to be sent in cash, via over night delivery to Joseph Lewis, 175 E. Fernwood Avenue, Memphis, TN  38109.  No money was ever sent, he called at least 40-50 times a day, finally had to change home and cell phone numbers.

If you receive notifications in the mail that you may have won, never fill out the cards and return them.

I have filed a complaint with the NC Attorney General's office.  Unfortunately, since they are in Jamaica, there is not a lot they can do.  

DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM AND SEND MONEY!!!

The Jamaican government and the FBI are working together on Operation JOLT to take down these scammers...

Called left message saying name was Dave Sayer form Publishers Clearing House. Said please call back with contact number.....what a joke they called me didn't they?????  also had Jamacian accent....Have you seen or heard Dave Sayer? He's English speaking dude and besides if you won they just show up!! Beware folks!!!!!! Don't be a fool and get caught in their game scam!!
