Scam call! Wish they would stop calling! Reported it to the FCC already but nothing being done!

A Mr. Damion Watson, claiming to represent The Gold Rush International sweepstakes company notifying me as a winner of $2.5mill and new Mercedez Benz.

A Mr. Damion Watson, claiming to represent U.S.Lottery of Washington, DC called my fiancee this morning and notified her that her husband had won a $2.0 million lottery and she was to go to Walgreen's and purchase a $700.00 green dot scratch-off for security purposes so they could bring her the new Mercedes Benz car she had won, along with her $2 million, and someone would escort her to the bank to deposit her winnings.  They would deliver her winnings within 12 hours of purchasing the scratch-off.  When she informed them that her husband had passed away 4 years ago, they informed her that they would just change it over to her name.  They also informed her that she could get "valid information" off the internet.  When she told him she had no computer, he said she could use someone else's.

Received scam message from this phone number - ' I am Damien Watson from Megabox Sweepstake company at Nevada. You have grandprize winner for a certified check of Recived 2.5 M, important to return this call.'
