This number is from Jamaica - a scam trying to get you to do cash transfers in/out of the country - making it sound like You've WON a Sweepstakes.  I answered a private number a few weeks ago that continued to call for more than an hour insisting that I need to work with them and get my $250,000!!  I made it clear that if they have money for me, feel free to mail it - they started to confirm my address.....  and when I made it clear for them to stop calling, they just wouldn't quit.  They started leaving messages - stated they were coming to my house.  I called the police - and while the officer was in my home, this number called.  The officer spoke to the man - made it clear that I'm not interested and to find some other person to scam.  I was told that not much can be done unless I were to schedule a time to meet with them and move through with a transaction that could be monitered.  No thanks.  And the officer made it clear that doing this is not recommended - serious risks involved.  Apparently there was someone local wanting to meet me at the local WalMart - kinda scary actually.  

So the calls stopped....until today..... just got another call from this number while I was out.   The officer thought it was strange that these people are pushing so hard - he was expecting me to be an elderly person - I have small children.  Apparently the elderly is their main target.
