This guy is really starting to freak me out! He keeps calling my house and demanding to speak to me. He says he wants to marry me and other things I cannot mention! We told him we were calling the police, but he keeps calling. We are putting a trace on the number, but what can anyone really do??

RECORD THE CALLS and tell them you are doing that (they HATE that)

Mr.Michael Anderson of Mega Millions Lottery called my house looking for my mother, who supposedly won 3.5 million and a new mercedes benz. When she wasn't available, he tried to get info from me that I refused to give up. He kept trying every way to get me to give him personal info, telling me this WAS NOT a scam. Told me he was "Jewish" and that I could "trust" him. Then he continued telling me I sounded "nice" and trying to get me to give more and more private family info til I hung up!

Mr Richard Rich, of mega Millions Company, states that he is in Las Vegas, and That I won million, and a new 2012 car, but I must go and get Green Dot card and give him info from card so that he can deliver winnings.
This MUST be a SCAM.
