Just got a call from this guy.  After he got the first sentence out, I told him I was not interested, and to not call me again.  He then started asking..."do you want to die?" I then got quiet as I was reporting him on the do not call site.  He said a few more things about my family being in danger and how he was sending the guys out.  Telemarketing I can handle, but someone threatening me is a whole other problem.

Yeah I am on one of those calls right now.  he said I had won 75,000 dollars and that I needed to western union the tax money to the C.E.O of publishers clearing house "Nermie Atkins" in Oklahoma city.  So I Googled Nermie Atkins and it turns out there's only one person in Oklahoma city by that name.  so I got his phone number and I think I'll give him a call.  .....hold on in coming call....  Oooohh, my paper work at the head office has just been processed, and a delivery team is on the way.

Received a call from 1-876-302-8188 and he claimed he was from Publisher's Clearing House name John. He told me I won a grand prize. I knew this was a scam and told him "no, thank you". He asked me again "don't you want to be a winner?" and I repeatedly said "no". He started to threatened me and he said "you better listened to me carefully, your family is in danger and you all will be killed". I hung up . . . such a b*****d.

This is one of the more active numbers, same group of social misfits......

What you had on the end of that line was a dirty,black "Chimpanzee" dressed in filthy shorts and a ripped up wifebeater shirt. He was sitting in a small leanto with chickens/roosters running around (you can usually HEAR them in the background).His "Computer" was a "Etch-A-Scetch" that he was looking up your info on.
They DO use "MagicJacks" registered so they LOOK like they are in 702 (vegas) 775(reno) 305(florida) 256(alabama) and a few others....

Also got one of those calls. Peter Excelsior wanted $1m from me so i could get the money.  He left a msg b4 wanting m to call him back immediately but I never did.  The numbert is not even toll free.  It's in Jamacia.

Just got one of these calls, but all I heard was my voice playing back to me. Why oh why doesn't someone enforce the do not call law and also stop these scam phone calls? Have we become "scam-nation?"

Guy gave name as Peter Excelsier, claimed to be a federal officer.  Clearly a scam

Hello all, I received a call from a man with an accent going by the name of Randy MacDonald claiming that he was from the publishers clearing house and that I had won $500,000. He wanted me to send $850 for a processing fee to a Ms. Rosa Birruetta 'who was said to be an IRS accountant' via Western Union to Riverside Ca. 92503. The phone number he called from is (951)-286-6283 I was also given two numbers by "Randy" in which to contact this "Rosa" (876)-420-8921 and (876)-405-2153 both numbers are jamacian in origin however his call said it came from Riverside Cal. Well that's about it for info but I do have a better idea. Let's say I spend that $850 for airfare go visit Randy in the comfort of his air-condition office and give him $500,000......... In medical bills!!!!! hahahaaaaahhhh I'm sure you feel the same to. Later and keep sharp people :)

We have received at least four phone calls from this number saying we have won a car and money and all we had to do was send $350 ...scam...one guy told my husband "to F... off"...

I recieved a call from a man who says his name is Peter Excelsier, Federal Agent with the IRS
badge # 3639. he is calling in regard to our winning 5.5 million and a mercedes in a sweepstakes by the Winning International Co. He called at 5 am and by husband and I caught him in one lie after the other. We asked him where he was located and he told us the same city in which we were  and that he was 30 minutes away from us, (you can travel across our town in 5 minutes) we asked him if it would be ok if we had the local Sheriff here when he delivered the money and car and he said that he had already contacted the Sheriff and that they knew he was coming with the delivery, (we dont have a sheriff's department here).
We listened long enough to see that he wanted us to send $350.00 to him to pay the 1% IRS tax on the winning. I wanted to report him to the IRS but I am having trouble finding an email address to report it.

My 78 year old mother has been getting calls from this # regarding winning 1/2 million dollars. Then they increased it to 5.5 million and a Mercedes. All she has to do is send them $500 to a Jamaican Address.
They have been relentless for 2 days. Calling from 7am til 10pm. We are changing her phone #.
