While it MIGHT be true that your company DOES send ordered supplies - what most of us already know who have ordered supplies for a few years is that toner companies call saying we are YOUR toner company and they are NOT.  They misrepresnt the idea that they have done business with us in the past.  They send CHEAP toner that is horrid quality and it shows with every copy.  The usual SCAM is to call stating they are our toner company but need the copier/scanners model numbers, etc. so they can send the right toner.  OUR toner company would already know that info.  I have learned to ask for a call back number and they always hang up then.  I WOULD SAY THAT 99.99% of CALLERS ASKING TO SELL TONERS ARE SCAMMERS.  Most businesses have online ordering capabilities and big companies are contracted with their sellers.  My personal experience (since the 1970's) is that NOT ONE person (SCAMMER) who has called trying to sell me toner was a legit and honorable company.

scam: offering free ipad mini and galaxie 5 for ordering ink and toner at inflated prices; can't reach them with a call back; no web site; no business found in by their name of "your ink and toner supplier.com"; caller ID showed Santa Monica number of 310-393-8594 as well as this 888 number.

Same as above, call coming from 404-891-6885 to my business phone during the middle of a business day and inviting me to call 888-990-9395. The giveaway now is an iPad 4 or iPad mini... "we only have about 30 to give away so call now". It sounded immediately like a scam so I thought I'd look it up first before calling back and I'm really glad I found this site!

call id # is 404-891-6885.  Mike is offering an iPad mini this time....they called my home number, not a business number.  Maybe my regular ink distributor will honor the offer - LOL

Mike is at is again! Just got the call on the company voicemail last night. Am reporting it to the BBB Scam Unit. He has upgraded to an iPad2 now. Caller ID captured a landline in Atlanta, GA.

Our west coast company gets occasional messages in the evening (on the answering service of course) from Mike on an automated recording promising that infamous I-Pad with minimum order. They don't want to call you during business hours and when you try to call the 404 number back it's busy automatically dialing someone else. If it does answer, nobody is there and there's hip-hop playing in the back-ground for a minute until the line disconnects. One of our employee's was pretty excited about the I-Pad and hopefully a look at this page will convince them to not try for the I-Pad themself and get involved in a bad mistake. I've talked to "ink and toner companies" many times over the years and it's always a tricky deal that's impossible to justify. Best guess is this one's a messy scheme to get companies hooked into automatic shipping for product that is sub-standard at best and non-existent at worst. Keep your money safe and order through name brand suppliers and amazon. Really? A free I-Pad? Where's all the happy customer posts?

Same call tonight - Sunday night 7:29pm, from "Mike" - have never heard of this company.

BEWARE: This outfit is run by a known pedophile who was convicted of preying on young children in the Atlanta suburbs.  If he comments here again, or if my company receives another call from his bogus operation, we will provide COMPLETE name and address information for the Marietta PD to follow up on.  Three strikes, "Mike", be VERY VERY careful how you conduct yourself.

Received the call today from Mike (Automated) offering a free ipad2 with the purchase of ink or toner.
No one does that!  Definitely a scam.

got the same call from mike at same number (GA). I dunno, i'm going for it. I have one copier and need one toner cartridge. That means I'll order toner for about $60 and get an iPad 2. Had to beat! I'll let y'all know how it goes!

"Mike" is still at it, still offering the ipad2, even though the new one is out, so I guess they haven't updated their pitch in a while. Many, many years ago, I worked in an office and fell for a discount toner deal. We got several boxes of poor quality overpriced toner. I learned a good lesson. Almost lost my job.

They're collecting and selling numbers of people who are vulnerable to phone scams. Once you fall for one, you'll get dozens of calls and mailings from predators.

Absolutely untrue! Not one of our customers who ordered ink and toner from us has ever not received product or a promotional item. Shameful, I don't know if your from a competing company or just a speculator, but spreading falsities about a company on a baseless forum is not only ethically unsound but borderline slander. I expect all comments made about our company in a senseless fashion are sourced from someone who has no earthly idea what they're talking about and has way too much time on their hands.

This number called my business and left a message that if I purchased another minimum order that I would get a free Ipad. Call back 888-990-9395 or go to yourinkandtonersupplier.com to get the free deal. Message said his name was Mike. We do not order our toner online so this has to be a SCAM..for us anyway.

company claimed to be my ink and toner supplier, offered free ipad. When I stated they can't possibly be our supplier because all our ink and toner supplies are on contract, they hung up.
its tough to think someone is so hungry they'd go to a job like that every day.

This is Mike with Ink and Toner Supply.  Time to reorder toner and supplies, free ipad, yourinkandtonersupplier,com.....scam....looks like my boss already had gone to the non-existent web site (so glad it does not exist because she would fall for anything)

they don't have a website... we should set up a sting operation and bust them .... do not give them your credit card number for any reason!!!!!!  They don't have a conscious... they want to take your money!!!

Complete Scam, they target business with rapid turnover in an attempt to get some new employee to screw up.  They are adamant about calling for a while, after pointing out it's a scam they wait for about 3 months before having someone else call.  They also claim they are from Konica-Minolta.  Screw these assclowns.

Got the same call.  I think they are just trying to create traffic to their site.  Seems like it should be illegal.

Another call from 'Mike" at "your ink and toner supply" saying if I ordered from them "again" I would win an i-phone. Never ordered from them or would for any reason. I am on the "do not call" list and will take the time to report these scam artists. They actually called me from 404-891-5885 (could be the callers home number). He invited me to call back on 888-990-9395.

Got the same message from "Mike" on our business phone at 8:19 last night, but the call actually came from a landline in Atlanta.  The worst of this type of scammer we've encountered is in Huntington Beach, CA.  They sent an invoice for nearly a thousand dollars for toner we neither ordered nor received.  There was no company name on the invoice but a reverse look-up showed an apartment building.  Sad that people have to stoop so low and don't understand the boomerang effect of karma.

Most certainly a scam. Got the message from "Mike" on our business phone line at 8:16 p.m. when office is closed. Fastest "delete" ever! Total waste of my time.
