Call your operator (dial 0) and ask to speak to the annoyance call center.

Jamaica scam - won a car and $$$ - told to call 702-541-9250. I didn't and saved $ on long distance charges.

I got a number from this number (Jamacia area code) with a message left to call a number with a Las Vegas area code.  I keep getting scam calls from Jamacia, so this has got to be related to a scam.
