I got this same phone call, however these people are not scammers, what they offered actually worked, i got my interest rates lowred to as low as 6.99 .I talked to a very nice agent, dont remember his name but i know his extension was 237 or something like that. Now they might be a pain in the A sometimes, but they are really honest no charges were put on my account, that i dont know of!

They just called me as well and said the same thing. I asked for the # and the they gave me 888-882-7130 with extention 238. I tried to call back and got a busy signal. They said they could lower my credit card intrest. They told me to give them my information and they would send it to their finance dept and I would get a call back in 30 minutes. I did not give them any info.

received a call from this number representing "Credit Card Services" for Visa and Mastercard, but did not state which bank they represent. They asked for my credit card number, but specifically stated they did not need my 3 digit security code. They stated they could lower my interest rate to 6.90% or lower. When I called the number back, I got a busy signal.
