***SCAM*** The caller left a voicemail stating that he is from Publisher's Clearing House and that I won the $2.5M second place prize for North Carolina. And, asked that I call him back to claim my prize. This is a scam because I've never participated in any Publisher's Clearing House sweepstakes.
