This number (along with several others) 876-367-6046 & 876-893-2465 constantly call my home telling me that I have won something or have a consignment box that I need to pick up or have delivered. Of course you know the rest, you have to give / send $250 (or what ever amount the person chooses) in order to have the "winnings" delivered. I have gotten so irritated that my anger has now changed to revenge. Unfortunately none of us can just hop on a plane and go to where they are (Lord knows how much I would LOVE to), so I do the next best thing...I keep them on the phone asking the most stupid, immature, insulting (yes I have figured out how to insult them) questions that I can think of.
I truly believe that if the majority of us start to do this, instead of just hanging up on them, they may actually stop. I have even gone as far as looking up the "non-emergency" numbers for different police departments and given them those numbers as "cell" phone (they really hate that). The last person that called (John Collins) was given the U.S. Attorney General's number.
People, do NOT let these idiots get the best of you! Remember that they are low lifes just trying to make a quick buck off the American public. Keep them on the phone, don't let them get your temper up, the longer you keep them on the phone the less money they make! Their whole goal is to get you on the phone, convince you that you won something, get you to the store as fast as possible and send the money. They longer you keep them on the phone the more frustrated you make them. I make a game out of it, my record so far is about 45 minutes.
Please remember these guys have nothing on you! Don't let then win! And for goodness sake do NOT send them money (unless you want to be rude like I am and pay for the Western Union, Green Dot, Instagram...etc. and send them $1.00, last time I sent them $0.99).

This number calls a few times per week and late at night. They run a green dot money pak scams. They ask you to go to walmart or walgreens to put money on a card. It could be because they say you owe money or you won money. When you get the card they want you give them the numbers on it. And you know the rest.....
