That  call had nothing to do with Wal-Mart or Target.  It was a scam to get you to pay upfront for a prize you would never receive.

I received a call from Jamaica as well, and on my cell phone, which I rarely give out to anyone.   The man was almost impossible to understand, but told me because I had shopped at Target and/or Walmart, I had won $850,000 and  a Mercedes Benz.  We all know about Target's troubles ... Walmart too???

I received a call from this number today. I think it is the second time. I don't know anybody in Jamaica. SCAM!!!!!

The call came on my cell. I called from  a different phone and couldn't get a straight answer. There was noise in the background, as if the person was talking back and forth to someone . Oh yes,  I "won a prize". Hah!
No explanation,  of course. Yes the caller's area code is Jamaica.  We both hung up.

I got an unidentifieable number. I was wondering if my number should be changed? the numer is associated with Country Jamaica
