I received this scam call from 876 375-9680. Fairly consistent offer, stated he was notifying me that I was a second place winner of $1.5 from Publishers Clearing House.....but before I could have my check delivered by the prized team of blah blah official, 2 lawyers, and 2 FBI officers for security...I would have to go to my local Walgreens or Dollar Store and purchase a GreenDotCard for an amount totaling $1,875 in order to validate my check. I told him to send his team and I would take them to Walgreens myself. He became a bit upset when I told him that it is public knowledge to NEVER PAY TO RECEIVE A PRIZE!!! Awaiting his next call so I can really irritate him.

I just received a phone call on my tracfone from someone claiming I won a house and a car from Publisher's clearing house. I need to call 1.876.375.2252 ext 5, Albert Lopez with winning # 3145 to claim my prize. The ID # showed as Unknown. Could be a scam.

Received a brief call saying his name was Mike Johnson and I had a package being delivered today from UPS. When I told them I just had a package delivered from them yesterday, he hung up

Got a call today from a foreign, hardly understandable, David Bradley at 876-382-2007 saying I won a 2nd place prize of 8.5 million dollars and a brand new cherry red Mercedez lol. He asked me to go to the nearest Wal-Mart and Western Union them a service fee of $155. I told him if he calls again I'd call the FBI and he hung up lol.

A man claiming to be Rev Jamie Miller called saying he was with UPS delivery service. He said the Lord was blessing me today with $300,000. and a brand new car! All I had to do was pay $168. for the deliver fee for the car. He told me to purchase a green dot money pak pay per card from Rite Aide... When I told him I didn't think I could accept his deal, he hung up!

When I looked up his phone number, I got a location of Kingston, JM...

Got a call from someone who said I had won 2.5 million dollars a Mercedez. He had an accent and I could barely understand him something about UPS or something like that.  I told him I was not interested because anything that was too good to be true, was not true. I asked him how was my phone number obtained. He explained that ouf of fifty people, my name had be drawn.  I told him to give it to the second place winner.  He called me back insisting that his general manager told him to call me back  He was insistent calling me three time from a private number and then an unknown number. He asked me for an email address which I would not give him.  Then I asked him to give the name of the company so I could look it up.  Of course, he said that they did not do that.  I then asked me to send the information to my post office box.  His excuse was that when sent it through the mail, the person may claim that they did not get it.  I had to hang up on the dude!

There back with a new #... 876 375 2252.

Report them to the FTC.  They are cooperating with Jamaican authorities to get these scammers.

Received a call from this number stating that I had won $550,000 and an S-600 Mercedes for having purchased cotton shirts.  He sounded like his mouth was full of marbles.  He asked me if I wanted to have the winnings delivered to my house.  I said "Certainly.  The $550,000 in gold coins in the trunk of the Mercedes as long as he did not ask for my social security number, bank account number, or my credit card number.  He hung up.

I tried to keep him on the phone...  figured at least I could run up his phone bill!

I just received a similar call but the phone # was blocked. From Enterprise  something  or another, saying I won a Mercedes and 1.5 million. I could not understand the mans name and he had a strong middle eastern accent. Knew it was a scam so I played with him for 5 min. Asked how I won and was told it was a random phone lottery that I had authorized by shopping at Walmart or completing coupons. He did not know my name and gave me a bunch of random claim numbers. Said he needed to confirm my address and UPS would deliver my claim check today. Just needed to send give them tax money and they would deliver the car. At that point I told him to get a legit job, stop scamming and never call this number again. I worry that my young daughter could get a call like this and give out too much info so we talked about it after I hung up on the guy.

Got a call at work last week. A few days later a lady I work with got the same guy . Then today another lady I work with got the same deal. We all have the same prefix so they're just running down the list of numbers. Jack*** said I had won $30 Million but I needed to hang up and call a different number. I acted all excited and then asked him if he would do me a favor. I told him to grab the largest object he could find that was close to him and shove it as far up his rectum as he could. He left a message for the lady today after she hung up on him calling her sweetheart about 6 times in 30 seconds in very broken English. The kicker was bringing God into the mix. What a scumbag!

My aunt received a call yesterday saying she has won $1.5 million and a Mercedes Benz.  The man's name was Peter Nash.  Said all she has to do is buy a $299 green card and then give it to them .  Evidently a green card is something you can purchase if you want to make a payment on something for someone without using a personal check - I guess it's kind of like a Mastercard or Visa gift card.  He even said someone would come to her house at 10:00 this morning to pick up the card.  Unfortunately she believed it, but told my mom she didn't want to give the card to them.  My mom told her it's a total scam and do not fall for it. My mom is even going to be at my aunt's house this morning to make sure she doesn't get tricked into something (I wonder if the people really will show up??).  These people are total scammers.  As always, if something sounds too good to be true, it is!!   My mom called the Michigan Attorney General's office and they said you NEVER have to pay or send money somewhere to receive a prize.  Don't fall for it!!!!!

I received a call saying I won $350K and a 2012 car.  I would not stay on the phone and they kept calling and even tried my cell phone number; I would not give them any information.

THIS COMPANY CALLED ME ASKING FOR A FAMILY MEMBER.  THEN WHEN I ASKED WHAT THIS WAS FOR, HE SAID HE HAD A CHECK FOR THAT MEMBER AND WOUOD LIKE TO TALK TO THEM.  MY REPLY WAS WHY DONT YOU SEND THE CHECK IN THE MAIL.  HE THEN STARTED TO CALL ME STUPID AND CURSED ME OUT BECAUSE I REALIZED THIS WAS A SCAM LIKE ALL OTHER TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE PHONE CALLS.

David Morgan said we won 1.5 million dollars from publisher's clearinghouse.

John Watson called from this number saying we won $1.5 million and Mercedes.

I just got this call from 876 394 1340.  $1.5million and a 2011 Benz.  All they wanted was $850.  When I pressed "David Miller" for where he was calling from, he said Las Vegas.  I inquired about his strange robotic accent and what country he was born in.  He was born right there in Las Vegas, huh.  When I asked why he didn't have an american accent despite living in the US for many years, he didn't understand the question.  When I suggested that he get someone with a stronger grasp on our language for the scam to work, he hung up.  Calling back only got an answering machine.

I received a call from 876-485-6612 and 876-508-4262 from a man with an accent. His name was Kevin Pearson from Global International Publishing Clearing House. He claimed I had won 8.5 million dollars, tax-free. He said the government wanted me to have the money and he would fly in to bring me a check. He never showed up. I went to the Offical website for the Publishing Clearing House and called their customer service number  at (800)459-4724 They assured me this was NOT their company and that I should contact the local authorities, which I did.

I get this call daily at a business and they are persistent and probably pretty convincing if you are not paying attention. IT is a SCAM througha nd through. They used the name John James today, but I have had calls from all the other names mentioned above. If you question him in anyway he tells you to F off so your best bet is to hang up as soon as they call and say NOTHING....

Yes my wife got the same message about winning 1.5million dollars and a brand new mercades benz except know they are blocking there number and calling there selves america well winner corp. They speak very broken english and when I told him I thought it was a scam he got mad and said it was not a scam and that he does not have time to play games that it was a legitiment deal and there claiming to be out of spokane, wa. Can't wait for him to call back after I found this site im gonna tell him what I know.

Just received this scam call but the number has now been blocked due to fraud!

Am recipient of 876 375-5171caller. Let my answering machine take the call. These morons have been making these calls for over a year now trying to sucker people into parting with their money. Hopefully, other recipients will check the legitimacy of the call before attempting to answer it (like conferring with a site like this). No doubt it is a vicious scam by a foreign operation. They are apparently using a phone service that allows them to make multiple calls like this very cheaply. Would that there was a sure way to nail them with threats of police action.

I am a Financial Service Consultant for a very large bank firm.  I had one of my customers come in to see me and ask questions about a call she received from a Mr. John Watson stating that she "won" a cash prize of $1.5 million and a brand new 2010 Mercedes Benz.....and that he suggested that she go down to the local Walmart and western union $1855.00 for the delivery of vehicle to a Mrs. Small and the certified check in the amount of $1.5 million would be mailed to her. The number was 702-560-7115. So on behalf of my customer I looked into this however knowing this was a scam but I needed to proove it to her being an elder and so convinced by this man.  When I called of course It was an answering machine.  I didn't leave a message and hung up.  Within seconds I received a return call asking who I was. When I began to question the individual and put him in his shoes he became very irrate and tried to prove his position. LOL.....TOTAL SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just got the same phone call today. Same foreign sounding S.O.B. that everyone is describing here. I have not called him back, I'm afraid I might get a charge on my bill. I am dissapointed in my government that my taxes pay for that they haven't gotten this scam stopped. I am facebooking this hot mess that others be aware, we need to warn the gullible!
