continues to call and harass elderly mother do not call number back ordered her caller id and will block number this has been a nightmare he calls up to 12 times a day

Called my phone and didnt ask for a specific person. He just went into this spill saying he was with Publishers Clearinghouse sweepstakes,  I cut him off and told him I wasnt interested. He had a heavy accent.

My son got a call from a 876 area code and returned the call, only to find out that it was a call from Jamaica and there would be large International fees billed to our account.

Call received on cell phone, which is registered on the "Do Not Call" list.
Unintelligible male voice, saying something about Bank of America and certified letter.
Told him that I did not want whatever he was talking about and to not call back.
