Called couldn't understand him saying I won something.  Googled number and saying numbers from jamica!!???

Called saying I had won a prize from Walmart???

Have received calls now about 5 times.  Messages saying it is urgent to return their call.  Speaks in either East Indian or South African accent, hard to understand.  Calling constantly now.  Not only myself but my husband and daughters on their numbers.  Going to report this to phone company.
Going one step furthur, my daughter also began getting random calls saying her number was being given out by someone in California, none of the people speak much English. Also, the man that called from the 876 number said his name was "John Lopez and he was calling from Farmington, New Mexico and he found my information on his computer and it was extremely urgent I call him".

Recieved call from same number . Left message on my answering machine twice . 1st message was male with a definite east Indian accent . Couldn't understand most of it . However , did say some kind of prize was involved and that it was urgent I return call . 2nd call sounded like an American accent . Said I must call immediatey . That is was urgent . Sounded menacing . Both calls claimed to be from Farmington , NM but the area code shown is not for that area . Suggest anyone receiving calls from this number report it to the fraud divisions within their states .

Pretty much same story. Guy called said he was a UPS delivery guy wanting to deliver a grand prize check for $750,000. Creepy though. Knew where I lived. I kept asking what the prize was for. He seemed confused and finally said "Winner International". I got angry and asked for his name, told me "John Lopez". He mumbled some stuff I couldn't understand and hung up. Also spoke bad English. Number has called me many times before but finally left a message.
