The numbers beginning with 876 are calls from Jamaica.

Just received a call from someone identified on my caller ID as Kingston, JM with the above phone number. This individual said he represents Publishers Clearing House and said I am a "winner of five million dollars" and to call 876-6448-5749.  I have not made that call because I believe this to be a scam.
