Just got a call from this number saying I won the publisher clearinghouse. .....scam

just got call saying i won 5 million and a new car but they want 100$ western union and then they come and see you with the prize

no message left

Got this call comes in as incoming phone call on wall unit but on another it comes in as caller Jim Kingston with the number 876-430-9045. It has been identified as a number from Jamaica!  This is a scam of some sort do not answer unidentified callers!
