Heavy accent Jamaican "guy" calls and keeps telling you congratulations for all the money and prizes you have won. Doesn't speak English very well. Sounds like he's definitely very effiminate! I let him ramble on for a minute or so and just told him I wasn't interested. With my GPS contacts, I have found exactly where this number is located in Kingston, Jamaica. If they call me again, they better get tied on with our connections!!! We tend to go slightly Medieval on scam callers!
