a person called me saying he was from pch and i had won money. pch does not call you. i have personally call pch. i also have recieved checks in the mail. i called the banks these checks were written on and was told that it is a scam and do not put these checks into my account.

Calls the elderly and claims they won the lottery.  Continues to call and harass until they act.

Yes, I know it is a scam.  Just wanted others to know in case they were called too.  It seems my hubby is on a sucker list getting tons of mail and phone calls.

It's a scam.
You do not win money from state lotteries unless you purchase an entery or ticket from that state.
They will most likely string you along and ultimately ask for some up front payment to insure or process your winnings or they will send you a cashier check, which will turn out to be fake, for your to cash and sent back some money from it to proceed.
You give them money, they run.

this person told me because I used a MC, Visa or debit card that I won money from the Ca state lottery.  That he was from North Carolina out here in CA to deliver me 2 plus million dollars.  Than had someone from the 818-485-6100 call me that said they were from the CA state lottery and told me to call back this number 909-685-4574 which was suppose to be the lottery office.
