Caller stated that I have been selected to receive $2.5 million from unclaimed Publishers Clearing House winnings.  I believe the gist is they try to get $500 for a "claiming card". He said his name was "Mr. Bob Welsher".  He wanted to know if I wanted a public or private announcement of my good luck!!  This to take place in "a few hours"....he was not very articulate; said he was calling from Tampa.  Did not ask for any private info...he did confirm my address...asked if I had two articles of identification...did not ask for disclosure of numbers, etc.    I asked if he minded my recording the call; he said no that the FBI was recording it also!  To get rid of him I asked if I could have "my son" call him back and he gave me the above number.

This guy says his name is Bob and keeps calling my mom wanting her to send him money. Is he stupid or what the police have been informed hope he calls some more we are waiting to catch these thiefs. Been informed he is calling other people in this are. Lets catch them
