it's totally scam! i paid $4.99 shipping fee for a X180 free sample, and i didn't receive any subscription order at that point. later after almost 2 weeks, they billed me $84+ for subscription order. called them to cancel the order, they said give me $30 credit back and once i received the good then call them to get the rest amount refund. but what happened was i called them the second time, then they said due to i agreed the $30 credit in the 1st call, therefore i should agreed the order, then they wouldn't refund the rest money. what the f**k. call BOA credit card center for dispute, what they asked was preparing a official report that shows the seller has been agreed to cancel the subscription but still bills me. how can i approve this since i didn't even agree any subscription at first position, and i didn't even received any agreement either order confirmation page or an email. and i'm not gonna waste a couple hours to deal this with BOA just for $50, since the time you spend you could earn more. i'm not happy with both the scam seller Force Factor and BOA credit card dispute process.

yeah, i looked around the force factor web site, too.  didn't buy anything for the autobilling reason, then read reviews of the product and wasn't impressed.

Same thing happened to me.  Clicked on a banner to get a free trial of Force Factor, didn't realize I would have to pay for shipping/handling.  I clicked out of filling out the information, but it must have retained my phone numbers, because they are constantly calling me.  First they call the land line, then the cell phone.

I can confirm this...  I went halfway through signing up for their trial then closed out... guess their website pulls numbers out of their forms rather efficiently.

Changing banks when you have a pull authorized will not cancel the action, they may still hold you liable for over drafts.

received a missed call from this phone number today.  Last week was on website that was extolling the virtues of a natural supplement that would insure a good night's sleep.  The offer stated they would send you a short supply for free, you just pay for the shipping ($3.) After completing my address and phone number I was at the screen where you enter your credit cared information and I read the small print that stated by entering your information and ordering this sample you were enrolling in a program that would send you monthly supplies of the supplement ( I think it was $35-40/month).  So I did  not enter my credit card information and got off the site immediately.  I believe the site also stated that the product could be bought at GNC.  I guess those forms are like fly paper; you enter information and it sticks whether you complete the transaction or not.

Same here. I stopped at the auto billing part. I figure if I want the product, I'll go to GNC and get it. It may cost a few extra bucks but I control when/if I spend it.
