I've been receiving calls from the number 876-456-5387. So far I have received 451 calls from this number starting November 23rd. The caller claimed to be a man named Mark from Washington. He offered me $250,000 and a diamond necklace for winning a contest. I said not interested. He told me he thought my voice was cute and I continued to tell him I was not interested and hung up on him. The calls have been nonstop. Including today, he has called 3 or 4 times. I would like to file a harassment suit against these people. If anyone else has had similar issues please post. It would be helpful to have more people on our side.

Foreign woman called I couldnt understand her and Hung Up Not 30 seconds later a man called to tell me we had won 1/2 a million dollars and his people were on their way to my address with an agent from the FBI to deliver our winnings.  (which all he had was our p.o. box  we do not live in a p.o.) all we had to do was go to wal-mart and send a Money gram in the amount of $495.00 to Andrew Richard in Queens N.Y. I said No Way this is a scam we never even entered any contests. he also said keep this confidential, Yeah right. I asked him for a phone # and a name and he gave me 1-876-289-7830 and he said his name was Melvin Walker. I hung up and called that # right back as I was sure to get a recording that there was no such #.  A guy answered I asked is this Melvin walker? he said just a minute another guy got on the phone and said this is mr. Walker he sounded as american as could be. I said you don't sound like the guy I just got a call from he said let me clear my throat, he coughed and started talking with a heavy accent. I told him i was calling to see if this was an actual legitimate #. He said call me back when you get the receipt so we can tell our people to continue on to your address. I said sarcasticly sure o.k. and hung up. about a half hour later he called again do you have the receipt I said I had not gone yet. a Long story shortened from here he kept calling every few minutes I even called our local police dept. they didn't want to get involved even called our local paper and got the same answer. I just ignored the calls and finally my husband got home and he told them to stop calling and they still called I finally got on the phone and screamed at him saying leave us alone and he screamed at me telling me to shut up. that I could be arrested for saying we were going to get the receipt and not have it when his people arrived. I even asked him how the hell did you get my cell phone #  he wouldn't say. I called the police again after about his 40th call and they said they would try to call the # and ask them to stop calling us.  Sure...  Saturday morning at 7:45 am they started calling again. I thought for sure I was going to have to change my cell phone # they called again at 1:45 and said have you contacted Mr. Walker Yet I said DO NOT CALL US AGAIN.. and hung up.  so far so good.  I tell my sister about this and she pulls up an e-mail from AT&T on her computer about this Scam. according to that e-mail you can be charged $2,450.00 per minute. she said she got that e-mail last week.. she apologized for not sending me that one. as she usually sends me every scam warning.

I got calls from a total of 3 differant #'s showed up on my cell phone.
The first one came up  Private call so I thought it was my dad.
