876-462-0252 is a scam.  A male that identifies himself as Bob Washington states that you have won money and a vehicle.  Bob further states that if you will go get a Green Dot Money Pack Card (pre-loaded debit card) and give him the fourteen or sixteen digit number which, of course you have put a pre-determined amount on, he will come to your home and deliver the prize.  He claims when he calls that he is already in your area and has to "validate" the account number.  Any refusal to follow the steps or to provide account numbers results in threats and vulgar language.  He is calling from the Kingston, Jamaica area.  If you listen close in the background you can often hear other conversations from other males conducting the same type of scam.  They prey on the elderly and dis-advantaged.
