Just now got a call from 876-463-4468. Said he was from Publishers Clearing House. Sounded like he was in a tunnel. I told him I couldn't hear him and hung up.

Today 876-463-4468 called me and a man who hardly could speak english identified himself as Martin Goldwin (maybe) with the Publishers Clearing House.  He told me that I won $3.5 million dollars and a brand new car from Wal- Mart....  I let him talk and then told him that I wasnt interested and I was going to let him go.  He assured me that he was trying to respect me and was being honest. So I said ok.  He asked again if I wanted to get my prize and when I told him no he started yelling and me and then hung up on me.

I RECEIVED, A CALL FROM 876-463-4468.   A MAN WITH A FOREIGN  ACCENT
IDENTIFIED HIMSELF AS BEING WITH "THE PUBLISHER CLEARING HOUSE".   FEELING IT
WAS PRANK CALL.   I ASK HIM "WHAT KIND OF GOOD NEW DID HE HAVE FOR ME TODAY"
           HE REPLIED TWICE THAT " HE WAS GOING TO SHOOT ME DEAD".  I TOLD HIM
TO GO TO HELL AND HE HUNG UP.     I THINK THIS WAS LEADING UP TO A SCAM.
