This person told my dad he was a representative of UPS and needed a lot of personal information so my dad could collect a prize.  I suspect he wants to use the information to create false identities.

This man is trying to get bank account info.. He claims you one 1.5 million and need to western union tax money for the "prize"

the man was very rude and would not tell me who was calling   He said this number was from Jamaica NY.  Beware of scam/
