This is not a toll free "800" number, it is the international long distance code for the island nation of Jamaica. You are charged international and long distance rates for calling this number. Other international/long distance area codes are 809, 284, and 649.

They want a 650.00 'wire fee' to mail the check lol Got really offended when we called him on his being a scammer. oh no no we are not scammer lmao so either someone's got Him convinced he works for PCH or he's really dedicated to his role oh And he called back after we hung up on him too

These guys called my mother claiming to have a check for her for 250,000.00 also claim they're with Publishers clearing house. Strong accent but said his name was Peter Brown. To call him back at the same number 1-876-503-6018. says he called 2 days ago but he didn't.
