This is an International Call that originates in Jamaica!  First of all do not answer unless you have International feature on your phone.  You will be billed over $3.00 just for connecting.  Secondly there are a lot of scams that originate from Jamaica.  They can get "American" looking numbers especially 800 or 866 numbers.
